Rasna Chopra Makeup

200+ leads a month on ₹15,000 of spend.

200+leads a month
₹75cost per lead
7sales a month

The problem

The studio was getting enquiries only by word of mouth, with no steady way to reach new brides and events clients.

What we did

  1. Built a lead campaign aimed at local bridal and event audiences.
  2. Set up a reply within a minute for every enquiry.
  3. Reported cost per lead each week and moved budget to the best-performing creative.

Why it worked

Cost per lead stayed at ₹75 by keeping spend on the audiences that booked. Fast replies turned a share of those leads into paid bookings.

150+ leads a month, with 3 high-value sales.

150+leads a month
₹333cost per lead
3high-value sales a month

The problem

High lead volume was not turning into high-value bookings. Plenty of enquiries came in, but few were serious about premium packages.

What we did

  1. Shifted the offer towards premium packages.
  2. Qualified each lead with a short follow-up before a call.
  3. Tracked which campaigns produced the bookings.

Why it worked

A higher cost per lead is accepted here because the sales are larger. The reporting shows the spend against bookings.

Y&O Suits

10 high-ticket sales a month, rising to 26 at peak.

10high-ticket sales a month
26sales a month at peak
₹7,500ad spend per sale

The problem

The suits sell at a high price, so the question was how much spend each sale could carry before the margin broke.

What we did

  1. Set a cost-per-sale ceiling and paused campaigns that went over it.
  2. Moved budget into the sizes and styles that sold.
  3. Ran the peak-season push with a fixed daily budget.

Why it worked

Holding ₹7,500 per sale kept the account profitable through the peak. The number of sales rose too.
